Payroll Accounting
We offer services of certified payroll accounting professionals. Our experienced staff will take care of our client’s comprehensive payroll agenda and will manage all affairs linked to work contracts, establishment and termination of employee contracts, calculation of wages, tax deductions and social security and health insurance payments.
We provide representation services for our clients when there is a need to deal with Czech authorities. With a full power of attorney for our payroll accountants, empowering them to deal with the financial authority, social security and health insurance institutions, our clients will get a professional representative on their side. Our accountants are also ready to take care of all our clients’ paperwork linked to statistics, job offices, executions on salaries, etc.
Furthermore, in association with our legal and HR experts, we can expand the area of payroll accounting to also include part of the HR agenda, i.e. consultancy when drafting work contracts, addressing labour law issues, arranging work permits for foreigners and providing social security contribution forms for foreigners, etc.
Our payroll accounting services involve:
- Transferring all payroll records into HELIOS software at PROXY, a.s.
- Registration of new employees with the social security and health insurance administrations, etc.
- Taking care of employee log-off upon termination of their employment
- Processing payroll records, including all related tasks
- Preparing various reports and overviews for the client (overviews of payroll costs, vacations, life and pension insurance contributions, overview of benefits, etc.)
- Filling in statistical reports as required
- Cooperation with executors
- Issuing of wage slips in a form ensuring personal data protection, or sending them electronically under a special secured regime
- Upon client’s request to keep wages undisclosed, we can transfer all payments and wages from our own PROXY sub-accounts
- Preparing of bank transfer orders
- Processing annual tax settlements, personal files
- Special advisory on audits of client’s payroll accounting
- Ongoing payroll accounting advisory
- Advisory on labour law issues (in cooperation with our partner lawyer’s office)
